On April 15, one day prior to the start of the online conference, everyone who buys a ticket to Betting in face of COVID-19 will get an email from the organizers containing a link to the platform where the stream will take place. You would need to follow the link and register indicating your full name and email.
On the day of the conference, you’ll get a reminder 30 minutes before the start of the event.
All listeners are recommended to complete the test of the equipment beforehand – you can do this here.
Also, check the compliance with the technical requirements:
2,5 GHz Intel/AMD dual core processor or higher, 4 GB of RAM or more;
operating system: Windows 7/MacOS 10.9.x or higher, Linux;
latest version of Adobe Flash Player;
Internet connection: 10 Mbit/s or more (for the maximum quality of sound and video, we recommend to use a wired connection with a network hardware instead of the Wi-Fi router).
Read detailed technical requirements here.
The platform hosting the online conference is working properly with Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera and Yandex Browser. We recommend using the latest browser versions. Internet Explorer, Safari and Edge are not supported. You can also connect to a mobile device using Google Chrome and Puffin browsers.
During the conference, users will have access to a common chat where they would be able to ask questions, leave comments or report stream issues.
You will also have access to the folder with important files: guides, information about the sponsors as well as a manual with an access to external chat with all the participants where it would be possible to continue communication and establish useful connections.
If you have troubles with the connection, video or sound, check the Internet connection and refresh the page.
